Nyree Addison built Beyond The Filters after nearly a decade working in talent sourcing and recruiting — watching qualified people disappear into the algorithm before a human ever got involved.

When AI sourcing began scaling that problem faster than any individual recruiter could fight it, she stopped working within the system and built something to change it. BTF is a data accuracy tool — built on the belief that the filters were identifying the right candidates — but not the whole picture. There are qualified people the system was never designed to find. BTF was built to find them.
